Tenant Portal
We use Appfolio Property Management software in which tenants can login to pay rent online, view their payment history, and submit maintenance requests. Here is a link to Appfolio's help page that explains how to: 1) Activate your online account, 2) Download the mobile app, 3) Sign into your online portal, 4) Make payments, 5) Sign leases electronically, 6) Edit your account details, 7) Submit maintenance requests, and 8) View/Download your lease and other documents.

We have the following options for paying rent:
Appfolio Tenant Portal: You may pay online using Appfolio through eCheck/ACH which is free or with debit or credit cards which have transaction fees that you will see before you submit payment. You may set up auto-pay if you want.
Other Options: You may also pay your rent by mailing a personal check, bank check, or money order to Holster Management, PO Box 1003, Wausau, WI 54402 and those payments are counted the day on which they are received. If you don't think you have enough time to make the payment timely through the mail, you may drop off a personal check, bank check, or money order at our office at 157148 Franklin Street, Wausau, WI 54403 and if it is during non-business hours or nobody is at the office at that time you may drop it in the black mailbox by the front door of the office that has a "Holster Management" sticker on it and that payment will be counted on the day that you drop it off. Please do not pay with cash.
